WHO AM I

My name is Dymphe Beek. I am a decisive sparring partner for Management Teams and CEOs in the Dutch and international business world.

My international management background includes working for organizations as HAVI Logistics, McDonald’s International, DDB and De Baak.
I have facilitated CEOs, business professionals and management teams to become aware, (re-)connect, develop and grow,
which will lead to significantly improved business results.

After working for such organizations including De Baak and Krauthammer, I decided to launch my own training and coaching company.
Since then I’ve been providing training courses and coaching services for executive boards and management teams at private equity funds,
family owned businesses, corporates and top SME companies. Combining this with projects such as Strategic (HR) Business Partner to the
Executive Board enables me to build my business expertise in and around the company.

Mother of 4 children, best management team- straight forward in their feedback and unconditional in their love.
This has been the foundation to learn, to share the wisdom and share insights in the business world.
